Steve Did Not Sugar Coat My Plight

“When I met with Steve, he wanted to know every detail of my day, from when I woke up in the morning to the evening of my OUI arrest. Fortunately, I didn’t blow or do any tests. Steve did not sugar coat my plight. My arrest involved me crashing into a guardrail, and Steve told me that due to the accident and being in Mayor’s Court, a plea would be hard to get. He got it moved to County and got the prosecutor to offer me reckless opp. I got my CDL license back, without paying the ALS fee, my sentence was 3 day D.I.P. class, and probation, that terminated after D.I.P. completion and 250.00 fine and court costs were paid.
